Happy 3rd Birthday Ethan!

Last weekend, we celebrated Ethan's 3rd birthday. He's not actually 3 until Sept 12th but we celebrated early. We had a fantastic weekend! Sadly, Mark got called out of town for work and had to miss the party. Thanks to everyone, especially Patrick and Angela, for pulling together and helping out so that Ethan could have a fantastic time with his friends.

Ethan is well into skateboarding these days. We got him a skateboard for his birthday and he is slowly learning the moves. He wanted a skateboard cake, and I gave it my best go! We had fantastic weather for the party. The kids enjoyed their grub!
Rhiannon was such a good girl. She somehow stayed put and stayed happy too...that made life a bit easier for me! She is such a cutie!

So pleased that Nathan, Lorna and Jimmy made it to the party! It was great seeing you all and I hope we find time to get together again soon!

Thanks to Linda and Phil for lending us the gazebo. It was so cool to have it for the party..and helpful as all the kids knew where to come back to!

We had a sort of pinata for the kids. Instead of hitting it, the kids had to pull a string until all the sweets fell out. They loved it!
